Public/Private Partnership to Celebrate and Revitalize a Historic Community

Located just south of Chicago, Robbins, Illinois boasts a rich community history anchored in aviation. Through an agreement with the City of Robbins, Linwood 881 will lead the redevelopment of 38 residential lots, focused on affordable single-family homes and one commercial property. In addition to bringing exceptional, new inventory, this project aims to increase homeownership rates and homeowner success.
